Orange Terms of Use for McAfee VirusScan The McAfee VirusScan is designed to protect your PC, files and email address book from known high-risk, productivity-killing viruses, worms and Trojans (the "Service"). 1. The Service is provided to you subject to you completing the registration process and accepting McAfee's End User Licence Agreement, McAfee.com Privacy Policy and the following Terms of Use for the Service. 2. The Service is billed to you by McAfee. Subject to clause 3 below, Orange reserves the right to change the billing relationship so that Orange bills you for the Service. 3. In the event that Orange takes over billing for the Service, you shall be provided with at least 30 days written notice and will be expected to reconfirm your billing data as well as accept revised terms of use. 4. Orange reserves the right to withdraw, suspend and terminate the Service at any time without cause on giving 14 days notice by email or such other durable medium as Orange considers appropriate. 5. You hereby acknowledge that the Service provided to you is operated by McAfee.com. Orange gives no representation or warranty that the Service will be error free or free from interruption or failure or that it is compatible with any particular hardware or software. 6. Orange to the maximum extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, terms and conditions, expressed or implied as to fitness for purpose or to merchantable quality of the Service. 7. Use of Data - The personal data that you provide during registration for the Service may be used by Orange subject to Orange Privacy and Cookie Policy (www.orange.co.uk/privacy). By accepting the these terms of use you hereby consent to Orange using your personal data to contact you by post phone and electronic mail (that is email, picture video and SMS) about; functionality changes to the Service; for billing and administrative purposes in connection with the Service; changes to terms of use; and advise you regarding the use of the Service or any service which may substitute, enhance or replace it. 8. Orange reserves the right to vary the terms of this agreement or the nature of the Service at any time and Orange will inform you of such changes through email, newsletter or such other medium as Orange considers appropriate.
